Makanan Pertama Ammar - Puri Mangga

okeh...seperti dijanji...
meh nak citer sket pasal puri yg aku dah wat...
kebetulan kt umah ada buah mangga jek...buah tu manis...mertua aku tanam kt laman umah...hasilnyer aku makan la kan...:)
malam tu semangat berkobar2 nk buat...hehe 

Peringkat 1 (5-7 bulan)
• Pada peringkat ini, makanan yang paling sesuai diperkenalkan ialah buah-buahan. Buah-buahan yang sesuai ialah seperti epal, pear, tembikai, pisang, betik, mangga (pastikan tidak ada serat yang diberikan sekali dengan cara menapis buah mangga terlebih dahulu).
• Beri bayi satu jenis buah atau satu tekstur buah yang sama pada satu masa sahaja supaya bayi boleh memahami rasa dan tidak keliru.
• Buat permulaan, beri bayi makan sehari sekali (lunch- antara 11.30 hingga 12.30 tgh). Kemudian boleh ditambah kepada 2 kali sehari (lunch dan dinner- antara 5.30 – 6.30 petang). Selepas dari waktu tersebut, tidak perlu beri makan kepada bayi, memadai dengan susu sahaja.
• Cara penyediaannya fruit puree ialah seperti berikut:
1. Potong buah kepada kiub-kiub kecil dan rebus atau steam buah-buahan tersebut sekejap sahaja (1-2 minit).
2. Lenyekkan atau blender buah.
3. Buat permulaan, beri bayi makan 2, 3 sudu sekali makan sahaja dan tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit pada hari berikutnya.

 ni wat sebekas dulu...kecik jek pon...leh tahan 2-3 hari mkn... 
bungkus ngan aluminium foil sbb xjumpa penutup bekas tuh..pastu ikat ngan getah supaya dia xterbukak...hehe...
simpan dalam peti ais leh tahan 3-4 minggu...
kalo buat banyak2...xder bekas...leh la boh dalam bekas ice cube yg dlm peti tu...
nnti nk carik resepi lain plak...
kalo korang ada resepi best leh share ngan ai yeah...

Mula nak Campur Makan...

ammar baru nak masuk 5bulan setengah...
masalah skang ni ebm sume dah abes smlm...licin sudaaa...
dlm kol 3pm BS dah call kata susu abes...aku bekalkn 5botol...dlm 18oz gitu...
dan tambah ngan puree pertama ammar...
hasil nasihat dan panduan masita aku watkn puree mangga...nnti lain en3 citer kalo berkesempatan...
kene plak dis week 3 ari kursus...mmg xsempat nk pam...
ari ni plak dpt bekalkn 11oz jek...terpaksa standby FM dah...
ni sume gara2 wat stok ebm bila ammar dh masuk 3bln...sian plak dak ammar...
nk capai 6bln pon sket jek lg...xdpt diploma la camni...huhuhu

Sesi Lawatan Tapak Lagi....

cite ni dah lama...kami p melawat tapak umah puasa lepas...
ari2 dok wat lintas hormat...dah siap..tp xleh nk masuk lg...:p
sekali lg p show house a.k.a opis sementara dia...
akak kt situ pon sgt peramah...bila nmpk kami mai 4beranak...
dia pon sengeh meleret jek...kata lama xjumpa...
last time kami p aku pregnant...ni ammar dah 4bulan....ada la dekat setengah tahun kot...

kata akak tu sume dah ready...tinggal bomba jek xlepas..tunggu cf...kunci dah ada...
memula developer nk wat jamuan untuk semua penduduk kg.pening lalat ni untuk majlis buka puasa...
tp,sbb bomba xlepas lg...nk wat majlis jamuan raya plak...tu pon kalo sempat...adakah???huhu
pape pon...kami setia menanti...
lepas borak2 sambil akak tu potong2 bawang nk wat capati untuk berbuka...
kami pon p la berangan jap dlm show house tuh...hehe
ruang dapur ni...std la umah burung dapur kt depan...huhu
yg tampal2 tu ngan album2 tu sume cth2...iklan2...leh pilih jek nk corak cane..siap ada contact number...

ni idea2 utk ruang2 dalam umah...dia tampal kt dinding tu...

byk kan pilihan....ko hulur jek RM...
petik jari terus jadi...huhu

ni ngah susun bucu nk letak apa...kt tgh nk letak apa...
nk p kedai wat langsir sesiap...haha...semangat waja giler time nih...

2 org budak ni jugak sonok dok tergolek kt karpet tuh sementara ibu ngan ayah berangan...:p

Peminat PETAI!!!! meh baca sini...

ada hamba Allah yg giler petai skang nih...hahAha...
maka ku google info pasal petai nih nk soh dia baca....
(teringat zaman kecik suka makan petai...pastu arwah tok tegur kata budak sekolah xleh makan petai...start pada tu aku xsentuh petai...tp skang leh jek nk makan...:p)

tadaaaaaaaa… gambar ni tak de kene mengene dengan photoshoot semalam.. ni adalah perkara yang amat digemari oleh kami, iaitu seting pakai baju kaler sama 1 opis hehehe… ari kejadian kitorang settig pakai baju merah menyala ramai2 hehehe… sangat sporting bebudak nie.. ikut je.. tp perkara2 ‘tak berapa matang’ mcm ni la yang membuatkan hidup sehari harian kita tak bosan.. refreshment.. sentiasa ada bebende yang seronok nak tempuh.. tak la suasana opis asyik sama je… environment amat penting untuk memastikan kesihatan minda.. eeewah!!! lelebih lak kakaka…. lof u guys… semua i love insan2 gambar2 yang atas atas atas atas atas… pun kekekeke
 masita terlebih cahaya keimanan tuh...hehe

pas opis hour jam 5 terus aku cargas p amik anak2 kt umah babysitter dan join menempek program kawan2 nk berfoto2...hehehe

Aidilfitri 2011

dah lama xupdate blog...xdan dan xberperasaan...
ni tetiba jek ada perasaan...hehe
ni kira tapau cite raya...xdo part2 dah...mmg sekali bungkus jek nih...:p

aku start cuti raya jummaat lagik....dan pg tu la kitorang balik jengka dulu...
niat last2 day ramadhan kat sana...(leh la aku siapkan baju raya aku anak beranak...)
mlm tu ikram dah start demam...dia keje tido je la sbb xsihat...
aku menjahit laju2...sambil berebut2 mesin ngan kakak kt umah...
dia pon pesen wat keje last minutes...huhuhu
misi aku untuk siapkan 1pasang baju aku...1pasang baju ikram...2pasang baju dania...2pasang baju ammar...
plan nk blk kL semula adalah hari sabtu sbb ahad dah nk gerak blk kedah...
speed aku wat sempat utk baju sorang sepasang jek sume...tu pon xcomplete...:p
nnti aku cite sesatu kalo ingat...hehe

ptg sabtu kitorang balik shah alam...ikram dah nk tumbang2 drive...time xder anak dulu leh la bergilir2 drive...
sampai umah jek mlm tu badan ikram makin panas...demam...
ubat yg amik kt klinik jengka tertinggal plak...elok ada panadol jek kt umah...
mlm tu aku jerlum kepala dia ngan air asam...harap leh kurangkn panas badan tuh...
sambil2 tgk bapak budak...budak2 kecik 2 org yg selalu amik turn wat hal tuh...aku packing brg nk blk kg...
mmg 1 hape pon xready lg...kira mmg berjaga utk bersiap jek mlm tu pelan2...
siang esoknyer mertua ngan abg ipar n family sampai umah kami...sbb ikram xlarat nk drive...
blk kedah ayah yg drive...lega ada ayah kan en.ikram... :)
aku plak pening2 sbb xtido....tambah ngan budak2 dalam kete aku 4 org tu msg2 ngan ragam sendiri....lagi la aku xleh nk tido...tunggu memasing tido baru dpt tido...hehe
sdg elok sampai destinasi time berbuka...
esoknyer pon ikram makin kurang dh panas badannyer....tapiiiiiii disambung plak ngan dania...

dania plak demam...2mlm berturut2 meracau...panas sungguh badan dia...
sehari sebelum raya tu kami p klinik amik ubat dania...
bibir merah...mata merah...alih2...ibu dia pon merah mata...sedih tgk anak xsihat....huhu
masuk raya ke-2 demam dania berkurang...tp ada lg saki baki...
sampai ikram nk ajak p hospital...
aku bila org sebut nk bawak anak p sepital mmg dah terbayang nurse dok godek2 jarum kt dlm tgn anak aku...
seram wehhh...baik la cucuk aku ni ha sbg ganti....kalo la boleh....
aku pon dah start nk demam...tp mkn ubat ikram cepat2...xjadi demam... :)
raya ke-3 kami gerak blk kL dah tgh....sampai seri kembgn kol 2am....
mlm tu nk berenti mkn pon xder kedai bukak...kalo ada yg bukak pon sgt la penuh...
cadangan nk blk jengka raya ke3 dibawa ke raya ke4...
jalan jem weh...senak jugak nk lepas jem tuh (cam la aku yg drive...hehe)

pg raya ke 4 tu kitorang gerak blk ke jengka...
kali ni ammar plak demam...panas sungguh badan dia...aku cuba gak la nyusukan dia byk2 dgn harapan cepat sembuh...
sampai jengka...ptg tu jugak aku p klinik amik ubat ammar...
jarang doktor bg baby ubat...tp doktor ni kata boleehhhh.....huhu
aku bg la jugak ammar mkn sekali dua...xmo bg byk2....dia kecik lg...
masuk hari ke3 ammar dah kurang sket panas badan tuh....lega sangat...Alhamdulillah...
eh...penat la plak taip panjang2....hahha...jom la layan gambar plak... :p

aku kata la ammar panas pakai baju tuh...padahal segan baju xsiap...pakai wat syarat nk amik gambar jek...:p
